SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for your order! Processing time at this moment is 3-5 business days.
Shipping/Delivery time is depended on the shipping method chosen and how long the USPS takes to get your package to you.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive shipment within the time we provided, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation via email which will provide a link to your tracking information.
RETURN TO SENDER/DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS
If your package is being returned to sender, you (the buyer) are responsible for purchasing a new shipping label to ship your order back to you. This generally happens due to incorrect/invalid mailing address during checkout. TheHoneyGlow is not responsible for mailing address inaccuracies and USPS shipping inaccuracies.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this matter up with the United States Postal Services. TheHoneyGlow DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that are stated DELIVERED or LOSS.
If your package has been lost in the mail by USPS please contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information about your package’s whereabouts. You may file a missing mail claim with the USPS or file an insurance claim if your use priority shipping with the USPS.
ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED, IT IS NO LONGER IN MY HANDS.
