RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to hygiene purposes and the nature of our product TheHoneyGlow will NOT be providing any RETURNS OR REFUNDS once product are shipped. RETURN TO SENDER/DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS If your package is being returned to sender, you (the buyer) are responsible for purchasing a new shipping label to ship your order  back to you. This generally happens due to incorrect/invalid mailing address during checkout. TheHoneyGlow is not responsible for mailing address inaccuracies and USPS shipping inaccuracies. If a refund is requested for packages returned to sender (the seller)the seller will refund the buyer the amount paid minus the shipping cost as the order was shipped with the shipping cost the buyer paid. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER BEFORE CHECKING OUT. EXCHANGES Due to hygiene purposes and the nature of our products WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES. DAMAGES OR ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. LOSS OR MISSING ITEMS If your purchase USPS priority shipping, please contact them to file a claim. The seller is not responsible for any loss items by carrier.
